All Nolan movies are infinitely better than a mediocre movie like Avengers. Stop insulting the movies by comparing them.

Where I have insulted the movies? I only said one focuses more on being grounded and realistic whereas the other being more comicbook like (meaning nailing one criteria: realistic or comicbook like), but kinda fails on being both a great movie and a comicbook movie like deadpool (that doesn't mean its better then TDK, Avengers) which felt like a comicbook movie if you know what I mean.

6/10 is rotten on RT but 60% is fresh?
Yeah, that's what I don't understand, I guess 6/10 is positive for some reviewers and negative for others and since I'm guessing it's negative for that Spanish site it counts as negative towards rottentomatoes...it's confusing really.

It says 2 but only one is still shown...

Other one is up

The film is a discordant and almost three hour experience. There are some good and bad things, but still better than Man of Steel. [Full review in Spanish]

That's not what they said at all. They said they didn't love it but they really liked it and needed to see it a couple more times because there is so much to digest.

I know what they said but they just seemed kind of "meh" about it. Generally with these early reviews of these types of movies people are gushing, even if it was meh. I don't normally watch these guys so I could just be wrong.

That first review is pretty damning..

Basically says the movie is a mess. It is just a bad film plagued by plot exposition, bad logic, and too much pressure to push forward a DCU rather than focusing on the premise of the film itself.

Making this "dawn of justice" seems like it was a bad move.
Marvel did it differently, with the tie ins happening in post credit scenes and the movies being able to stand on their own. Seems DC is trying to rush it here..

So basically the Amazing Spider-Man 2 problem?

I enjoyed the movie. Batfleck was probably the highlight for me. It was just as I feared after hearing the original news, this was a Batman movie, not a Superman movie.

6/10 should be the average score for this genre since 2012 if you put them all in the mix. There are like rare 7+'s now with only the movies in 2014, iron man 3 and TDKR stepping up to earn that.

If batman is as good as they say then it was a worthy sacrifice to overbloat this film in order to establish his universe and take away that baggage from suicide squad which has always looked like the big standout of 2016 ever since as early as the joker reveal tbh.

Mostly agree, except for maybe Guardians of the Galaxy.

Nah thats only DC, Marvel has been doing great.

Other than Nolan Batman, DC has yet to do anything right

Action and story was weak but I knew I was gonna really enjoy it as soon as that opening titles scene with him lipsynching that song and flouncing about. I liked the vibe they gave some of the characters.

I liked Man of Steel and will most likely enjoy this one but if Zack Synder makes another critically reviled movie are they really gonna let him direct Justice League? Like, is DC really okay with rolling in the money but having their most important movie getting pooped on and tore apart like the Transformers films?

They start shooting next month. Their hands are tied at this point.

The TF movies make billions though...
