I don't know about Rebels, but Clone Wars didn't mess around with characters being shot and impaled. Many even get beheaded only partially off screen.

There is a less than zero chance Shokugeki no Soma comes to the block. It's a sports anime without actual sports in it.

Ironically that might be what sells it on Toonami, loose standards and all that.
