You can do it. Managing diet is really hardest in the first several days then becomes routine.

I actually generally have a pretty good diet. I need to exercise and that seems to get harder after a few days

Im surprised Namco hasnt pushed more Musou style of games outside of the One Piece ones. They seem to be relatively cheap to make and generate decent money for the sales it gets. Then again some IPs wouldnt work for that style of games.

I won't go into it too much but in my experience with cutting weight and helping others do so it's almost completely about restricting intake. Let's say you run for an hour. That's pretty hard to do (even for me and I've been running a while) and you might burn 400 - 600 calories from that. If I were so inclined I could eat double that many calories in one meal. Or more.

I know unsolicited advice is annoying so I'll stop there, but if by chance you want any more of it let me know. Er.. That makes no sense, whatever

But I don't eat microwaveable food. The only processed stuff is the occasional pasta.

For snacks I do stuff like carrots or nuts usually.

In theory the only thing left is eating less but it must be schroedinger's diet or something cause like I said, it took effort to eat enough last time I tried

That's probably the best thing about my body. I look considerably thinner than my weight if you go by my face.

But also its just good business to have practically impossible standards. Which is terrible of course.

I consider myself extremely lucky I've never had to deal with weight problems. My older brother went up and down all the time in middle and high school, which often made him miserable.

Also don't forget the less money to spend on fabrics and less time to spend photoshopping because even the skinny models get lots of touch ups to meet the standards the magazine wants which might result in quite unrealistic things. Lets not forget also the many layers of make up and conturing tricks to change your features into something that is more camera friendly.
