You shouldn't congratulate them, but it does feel like they're making a real honest effort to make up for the missed update, which is nice to see. Feels like they're finally starting to listen to the community.

Did they say they would allow ibuki? I thought they said she had to be released by june 17th to be legal for evo (even though capcom rules are only 2(1?) weeks instead of 4)
