Everyone handles the stress of breakups differently, but I'd HIGHLY suggest having sex with another (preferably hotter) girl as soon as you can. Based on the screenshot of her last text to him, it looks like OP either deleted her number or she sent the text from a random phone. At least I'm assuming that since it had a number attached to it instead of a name. If it's the former... nice work, OP. That's a step you need to take real soon in order to move on easier.
Also, good luck with the TV and your other stuff. You seem like a smart guy so hopefully you took photos or a video of everything there and the fact that it's all intact. Don't know if that can be used against her if things got messed up while you were gone but it's worth a shot. If you can get someone to hang out at your place while you're at work, even better. But it wouldn't surprise me if she went off the deep end and asked/told them to leave since it's her place too.
