You have to drop it. Select it in the map and press the drop button on the side. Can I disable a passive? Just picked up flip clarity and I have no particular interest on having that happen when I flip a table!
Thanks. I assume that's also how you give items to the slime guy?You have to drop it. Select it in the map and press the drop button on the side.
Yup. F (drop weapon) and g (drop active item) for those, map screen for passives.Thanks. I assume that's also how you give items to the slime guy?
I made the mistake of exploring the trap door on the first floor (haven't beaten the second floor yet) - after the initial panic I actually did OK down there (stupidly attempted to navigate the traps that were down there) and I feel like it improved my game quite significantly. I'm trying to stick to the default weapon at the moment, and focus on improving my movement/cover (I don't use tables enough).
Are there further character unlocks at some point? I favour the hunter at the moment because of starting with the crossbow, although the cheap prices that the pilot offers are useful.
Is there a point to the picture that the convict has?
Also, dropping items for the slime results only in cash paid or are there other benefits? Yes/no will be fine, just need to know if it's worth dropping items I'm not 100% sure about if I don't need the cash.
You don't really need any special items for them, except maybe the third one.Just started playing this again after doing several dozen run throughs prior. Trying to get the last few pieces of the bullet for the gun that can kill the past but its a bitch. Is there a reliable way to get across the chasm rooms to get the couple of pieces? Feels like it requires a few special items that I don't see very often.

You get the first oneThe second one iswith a lot of moneyFor the third onebehind a jumping puzzle, just slow down your minecart and carefully jump with the right timing. The last one you getyou might want to find a weapon that leaves liquids, as it charts the invisible path for you across the chasm. But it can also be done with bullet casings from pretty much any gun, if you're patient.automatically when you destroy the Dragun's (floor 5 boss) body.
Can be done over multiple runs and once you get an item to, you don't have to get it again.the forge on the last floor![]()
Just do a few runs for fun and drop the bullet pieces off when you happen to stumble on wax wings or the jetpack.Just started playing this again after doing several dozen run throughs prior. Everyone should check out the 1.010 beta, it adds lots of variety to the map layout and fixes a bunch of bugs.
Also, flame hand fix.
Haha, sorry if I spoiled anything for you, you mentioned "the last few pieces" so I thought you were already generally aware of them.Oh wow, I seriously had no clue about two of those and now feel really dumb as I usually get to those rooms and just turn around if there are no other exits but the one I came through.
Didn't think of that, sweet. The update will havepasts for both secret characters
Edit: And the save-and-exit system!
A save and exit system! Very cool, great news. The update will havepasts for both secret characters
Edit: And the save-and-exit system!
I hope the paid expansion introduces alternate chambers that get sprinkled in like BoI Rebirth. There'll also be a paid expansion early next year, as well as another free update between now and then.
Sweet, looking forward to all the new content. There'll also be a paid expansion early next year, as well as another free update between now and then.
If you want more info on it, it's specifically called the "Supply Drop Update".Speaking of the new content, when is that supposed to be coming? They announced it a while ago now
Damn, thought the update was out.
If you want more info on it, it's specifically called the "Supply Drop Update".

Supply Drop official release pushed to January, beta available via steam now.
Edit: Looks like I'll be double-dipping for PC once the holiday sale kicks off.
New update comes in January and I still haven't finished the game at least once. I remember getting to the dragon in 5 chamber, but that's it. Any tips? What character is the easiest to get to the end?
Picked this up for Winter Sale! Any tips for a newbie? Haven't beaten the first floor yet, get slaughtered by the bosses every time.
Good advice, black chests are better than red ones though. Plus, there's two special secret types.Be patient, most people take 40+ hours to beat the first time even though the actual run only lasts 1 hour tops.
Different colored chests drop different tiers of items, being from worst to best: Brown < Blue < Green < Black < Black < Red.
You usually don't want to open brown chests, you want to destroy them, but as you get more acquainted with the game you'll start to figure out better how to manage your keys.
You get good stuff if you flawless the bosses.
The Hunter is the best for begginers imo, because her bow one shots most enemies on the first and second floor.
It's much less about the characters and more about knowing which chests to open, where to look for stuff etc.
I prefer the Hunter, but it really only matters for the first 2 floors.
