And WB forgot to pay the critics.
Even the one that they technically already own!

I need to confess. I gave Spectre a 4/5. I have a really soft spot for Bonds. I need to rewatch it to see if it still holds that rating. I think Spectre is way better than Quantum of Solace.
well, I mean, everything is better than Quantum of Solace
This guy knows what's up. CR still da best.QoS is a damn good movie minus the rapid editing.
And minus a few awful points, I'm really starting to like Skyfall.
You can listen to the OST preview on Amazon, too. Let's just say it's nothing but remixes and quite..........forgettable.
That stuff about Identity definitely explains why Supremacy fucking sucked so much RE: offing Marie for no goddamn reason
95% of the movie is shakycam
Man. I've waited 9 years for this film. I was googling for Bourne news almost everyday....for nine freaking years. I have a feeling this will definitely be the weakest one yet.
the shakycam is out of fucking control, no plot spoilers but a very vague scene spoiler below to highlight the absurdity of it:

What a mediocre summer for blockbusters.
Only 5% more and we're there!
No way is it worse than Legacy. At all.
But yeah it's almost certainly the weakest Damon Bourne, but I mean the other three were close to perfect for me and this can't take that away from them.
Greengrass' confounding close-ups and handheld-camera fetish makes action scenes incoherent. You won't believe how much of this movie is literally out of focus.

Dude, are you me?This is me.
The Trilogy is my favourite action franchise. I listen to the OST pretty much every day.
Reaction of people so far is such a bummer.
Was thinking this recently... It's been a pretty lame summer for movies.
Not worried about a shaky cam-filled movie if it's Greengrass. What I am worried about is Damon's dialogue. Is it true that he barely speaks in this one?
JASON BOURNE: Dara OBriain talks to Matt Damon
Dara OBriain sits down with star Matt Damon to discuss Jason Bournes improvised fighting style, working with English director Paul Greengrass, the development of the Bourne franchise and the changes in Hollywood since the making of the Bourne Identity in 2002.
JASON BOURNE: Dara OBriain with Matt Damon, Paul Greengrass and Frank Marshall
Dara Ó Briain is joined by director Paul Greengrass, producer Frank Marshall and star Matt Damon to discuss the differences between Bourne and Bond, the role of Bourne as an anti-establishment hero and the identity crisis central to the development of the character.
JASON BOURNE: Shooting the Action
Dara Ó Briain is a sucker for a great chase scene. He wants to know how they are planned, created and executed, which is exactly what he finds out in this feature. Dara is joined by director Paul Greengrass and the creative team behind Jason Bourne to discuss the making of the film franchises jaw-dropping chase scene in Las Vegas.
I love the shaky cam. Give me more.
I hate that everyone judges a movie based on it's RT score.
well, I mean, everything is better than Quantum of Solace
Just watched this. It's better than the Jeremy Renner Bourne film, but the worst of the Damon ones. The third act really drags. Some of the action scenes also run a bit too long as well. Writing could have been better and the plot is very predictable. Was a bit diaspointed overall.
That said, Alicia Vikander looks stunning in this. She is gorgeous.
You know your shit Night King. #believeNolan will save us in Summer 2017.
Eh, I always felt Greengrass was one of the few who used "shaky cam" effectively. You could always understand the fights, and they gave the combat a frenetic frantic atmosphere. Now compare that to Taken 3, and you see the difference between a director using shaky cam and handheld to cover up bad stuntwork and such, and one using shaky cam and handheld stylistically
Identity feels like a TV movie compared to Supremacy and Ultimatum
Land yeah, Supremacy is easily the best of the series. Great movie. First time I saw the movies when they came out I thought it was the worst for some reason. LOL.

Don't Breathe is supposed to be excellent. Very excited for that next monthWas thinking this recently... It's been a pretty lame summer for movies.
I find myself not rewatching Supremacy and Ultimatum that much because I find the shakeycam incredibly obnoxious even if a bit better than other films (like the aforementioned Taken 3 and 2). It's partly the reason I think Bourne Identity is still by far the best of the series but then I also think Doug Liman is a far superior director compared to Greengrass anyway, I would love to know why he never came back after the first film.
