There were posters suggesting yesterday that the Scorpio was fake and would never launch. It's best just to ignore the delusional and focus on those with something to add to the conversation

I sure wouldn't mind a Vita Neo, with a beefier PowerVR GPU and faster CPU.

However, I'm thinking the "PSP like device" that is rumored (but perhaps not rumored to show at the Meeting) is more likely just another Vita revision, a la PS4 Slim, without upgraded components.

I want Vita 2 with pascal chips.

Considering how old the Vita is, if Sony releases a new handheld then I think it's time for a generational leap like PSP -> Vita. Since Sony likes matrix names, I'm going with "Playstation Zion". I bet it will also use an APU like modern devices and have at least a 1080p resolution screen (and hopefully X/O/Triangle/Square buttons the same size as dual-shock 4 buttons). 2016 is already crowded with hardware releases from Sony so I would think a 2017 release.

Yes, but not in multiplayer modes. They don't want to split the userbase, giving some players a competitive advantage.

Well most MP games target 60 FPS in general but sadly many don't hit 1080p: Uncharted 4, KZ, Dice games etc... With Neo they can maintain same framerates at higher res and crank up the graphics.

I'm at work and can't dig into a source right now, but in OsirisBlack's original post it was mentioned that they can't have more FPS or unique gameplay features in a multiplayer setting.

I'm not so sure 60fps qualifies as such. Do you have anything technical to back that up? I would think a tick rate would be the same across all the players in a match.
