While I understand where MSNBC and Fox stand I still stand by my thought that CNN has been anti-Trump for a good minute as of late.
Nope. CNN has been pro-facts. Trump has an allergy to the truth, so I understand your confusion.

I'm sorry, not when the highest position in the United States is at stake. I kindly object to this notion. Liars should be held accountable.I think media should remain as unbiased as possible actually.
Come on. Trump being a POS or not, CNN is gonna be biased against anyone on the GOP ticket. Same for Fox News and democrats. I lived through enough elections to know this. Left wing media is that and right wing media is just that.
So you got the VP for trump and he will be going against clinton. You dont think he get their support? Really?
To your regular watcher, Pence absolutely won. We can argue all day about whose arguments were stronger, but Kaine came off as unhinged and immature. Pence, by contrast, seems to bring a competence and professionalism to the Trump campaign that has until now been missing.
That said, Kaine has brought several issues with Trump to national attention. By denying some substantial and easily proven claims about Trump (that Trump respects Putin, or that Trump wants Saudi Arabia to go nuclear), he set the campaign up for simple and effective attack ads. Kaine ran circles around Pence in the final abortion question, which for a sizable portion of voters was probably the most important point of discussion.
This is definitely a short-term win for the Trump folks, but I don't think it will be boost they need to become competitive again.
A lot of people miss this.I think the reason Kaine didn't concentrate on attacking Pence for his LGBT views, etc, was because he wanted to primarily focus on Trump, not Pence, the VP.
Trump is the candidate, not Pence, so he kept the attack on Trump.
I thought you were watching CNN or is this just a thought experiment?
If we're just creating fanfiction for what is going on CNN I can tell you that my fanfiction involves analingus.
Fuck that bias out of here.what does anti trump consist of? respect for women, minorities and immigrants?
Not really like that. More like "this is the narrative, while Clinton may have her own down faults we need to focus Trump instead" type.

Ok, this is getting out of control.
I don't think CNN is the literal opposite of Fox, I just said they're probably saying the opposite of Fox tonight.
I don't think CNN being biased againts Trump makes Trump a better candidate.
I understand MSNBC is the Fox of the left side.
You guys needs to cool down, there's a mob mentality here when an unpopular opinion is shared.
Van Jones and Paul Begala messed up that fist bump![]()
Normally I'd agree with you, but who the fuck knows anymore. The rest of the Republican field is a clown car. Anyone could rise out of this dumpster fire in 4 years.
That's giving CNN a bit too much credit.Nope. CNN has been pro-facts. Trump has an allergy to the truth, so I understand your confusion.

Based on what?
His running mate is a disaster, and still he managed to sound confident. His answers were thoughtful and articulate - not to mention they came off more natural than the canned stuff that Kaine brought with him.
If Pence were running by himself and not with Drumpf, I might actually listen to what he had to say.
This is an interesting debate. It's true that tonight it seems as though Pence held his own and could have even won, simply because he kept a level tone and responded quickly to accusations. He APPEARED to do a great job.
But those responses were often either flat out lies, or strong diversions from the topic. Tomorrow, post fact-checking, will not be kind to Pence's performance. It will most likely be a complete 180 in media opinion on who won.

The more I think about it the more I think Clinton/Kaine came out ahead, but Pence definitely held his own and probably won the debate in a traditional sense. I think Kaine did a great job proving Trump was indefensible, which is what the Clinton campaign wanted, but Pence did well enough holding his own that he came off as the top tier Conservative Candidate for 2020 or 2024.
The liberal in me sees Pence is reprehensible, but I have to admit his composure was a strange contrast to Kaine's enthusiasm. It's funny, basically the exact opposite of Trump/Clinton, where the Democrat was generally waiting their turn and polished, but the Republican was shouting over and interrupting. It's like they flipped roles entirely for the VP debate. I still think increasingly that Kaine succeeded in every way he wanted to by focusing his attacks on Trump, and Pence's affiliation and support of Trump. It should hurt the GOP this cycle, but Pence did a great job holding his own and seeming like a well polished traditional Conservative Republican.

Ok, I'm wrong for thinking CNN is leaning against Trump. I'm not arguing againts Clinton or shilling for Trump when I share my opinion that CNN, a media company, is sounding a narrative for a certain side more than another. But you're literally making assertions that are objectively not true. It's not that you have an unpopular opinion, it's that what you are saying is wrong.
This shit boggles me. Pence is so extreme to the right that I wouldn't even expect Trump to embrace all of his policy positions.

Saying Pence was composed also ignores all the times he clearly got shook up over something Kaine said and stumbled through every attempt at a rebuttal.Unhinged and immature? He started out as over eager and a little tight, but come on. There was nothing unhinged about Kaine tonight.

I hope they tackle climate change in depth on the next debate. We he heard enough on immigration, foreign policy, etc.
So you're OK with:
Racism
Xenophobia
Bigotry
No women rights
No minority rights
NO LBGT rigths (RE: Conversion therapy http://www.politifact.com/californi...true-mike-pence-advocated-conversion-therapy/ )
And basically government and religion as one.
Sanity is leaning against Trump. Even FOX news has trouble defending Trump sometimes. I would agree that CNN isn't that great, but saying that they are biased because they fact check is a stretch.Ok, I'm wrong for thinking CNN is leaning against Trump. Pence looked calm cool and collected, kaine looked like a kid, throwing insults all day, and interrupting.
Which makes the irony of who runs for who especially funny.
Pence wins by default imo
This shit boggles me. Pence is so extreme to the right that I wouldn't even expect Trump to embrace all of his policy positions.
Unless you're completely blind to substance, why would anyone think Pence is somehow more palatable?
Pence will be tainted by Trump after the campaign.
