I left the cinema with a tinge of grief for Jyn.
She and her family were used and abused by the empire and the rebellion and she gave her life for her father's beliefs.
I also felt sorry for Krennic who was screwed over royally by Tarkin. Reminds me of my own office politics.
Otherwise it had a plot that made sense.
It had some believable and well shot action sequences.
Most importantly it had gravitas. Every action had consequences.
For this alone it becomes a more than worthwhile addition to the SW canon and more importantly paints Ep IV in a more important light.
