Vince had him pegged for The Prototype Terminator archetype

That was Cena's gimmick in UPW, by the time he got to OVW he was only the Prototype by name (don't even think he kept the cyborg bit at the end of his time in UPW) and then ht became the "Prototype for the perfect WWE star" or something like that, don't remember exactly how they incorporated it.

But with modern WWE's shit ability to build up talent that isn't already established as AJ was, NXT would be better.
