Some of you folks on here need to seriously need to look in the mirror and have some introspection. The level of callousness displayed on this thread is absolutely disgusting and I find it hard to see and read the posts I've seen on here regarding Hernandez's death. The dude wasn't a saint, and doesn't deserve our pity, he was convicted of murder plain and simple.

But the schadenfreude on display at his suicide on this thread is uncalled for and unjustified. Some of you people on here with your posts are repulsive, unpleasant and just nasty individuals and you know who you are. It is so easy to sit behind a screen or type away on your phone the shit some of ya'll be saying.

Absolutely nuts. The guy had everything. multi million dollar contract. super bowl rings? dream job. Family. And all he wanted to do was play gangster and murder people.

I dont feel sorry for him. I just think it's sad to see people like him throw it all away. Maybe his victim's families will find some closure. Same goes for his daughter who was never going to see him anyway.

The guy was a complete douche bag. No sympathy and he doesn't deserve any.

Well, hopefully he didn't spend all his money on legal fees and there's some left over for his fiancée and kid. And maybe the families of the people he killed can get some closure.

According to his attorney who was apparently hired by active NFL players, he has very little money.

Now that he is no longer convicted of the Odin Lloyd murder, it will only make it more difficult for the victim's families during civil trial.

No sympathy from me. He was a murderer. He was rich and high profile is all so people feel he deserves some. But no, he is no different than any other murderer. You can have sympathy for his family if you like, but make sure you spare some for all the family that suffer because of the life ending (to themselves or otherwise) decisions of criminals. You'll quickly be exhausted though.

So, by having the Odin Lloyd murder being vacated and likely the gun charge, this will become a matter about the Patriots becoming liable to take care of Hernandez's family.

It's always disgusting. I remember all the attention the Boston bomber was getting from girls and all the conspiracies surrounding him and how he couldn't have done it because he was sooo hot. At least it was mostly teen girls though, not grown ass women there.

No. Patriots haven't paid him a ton of money because his crimes voided the contract. Him not being guilty of any crime has that money back into the spotlight.

Basically, if his family obtains those assets, the victims actually then have something to go after.
 
Too much of a bitch to stay around for his daughter who now grows up fatherless.

At least the tax payers are saved about 50 years worth of bills and appeals costs.

In a civil suit, the family would likely still win and (possibly) this might guarantee funds for them...remember OJ?
