Did Dan admit to 15 diet sodas a day on a piece of content recently? If I had 15 diet mountain dews a day with caffeine, I think my heart would stop working. Sometimes I'll have 2-3 caffeine free diet sodas a day and feel bad about not drinking water instead. I was prediabetic for a while and it made me realize how much garbage I put in my body and how little physical activity I was getting. Self control can be difficult. Best of luck to Dan and anyone else that has these issues.
