Low Tide on Spawning Grounds sucks when the bosses spawn on the side with all of the grated walkways. Yikes.
Also didn't know Maws could get you while in a cannon lol. This mode is fun

No. The 200% he's referring to is likey the Pay Rate, which is NOT the same as the difficulty %. The Pay Rate can go up to something insane like 400% according to the prima guide (From memory); I don't believe the difficulty to pay rate relationship has been figured out yet.
Because someone within your crew/team has a lower job title than you. Thus, you cannot gain points whilst this is in effect.
Additionally, failing at Wave 1 or 2 will still cause you to lose job title points. Failing at Wave 3 always results in no loss.
EDIT: Ancedotally, the game will take the average job title ranking of all players and use that to set the difficulty, rather than taking the difficulty of the highest job title and points.
You are vulnerable to everything whilst inside the cannons. They're not get-out-of-jail free cards.

This Salmon Run is fucking hard as shit man. Just beat my first one tonight. Had some very close rounds lost.
That mothership part is kind of confusing too. Only tried it twice so far though.

Pay Grade scales with difficulty, but they are not 1:1. Again, the exact relationship between difficulty and pay grade has not been determined at this point; I'll see if I can find some info on this.

Just got in my first hour of Salmon Run. Holy shit its good. Love the fast pace and short matches. Its soooo intense.

Can we please all start reporting every player that just stands around im turf war doing nothing/barely anything? I reported at least 30 people with 0 points at the end of the match in the Splatnet App within the last two days. Most matches have 1 of these people, some even have 2-3... it's sooooo annoying.

Since we're on the topic of people playing Salmon Run, PLEASE at least read the Salmoid Field Guide Manual. It explains how to fight all the bosses with extra tips and strategies, including the "Secret" bosses that you get no training for.

You need to check in at the counter left of the grizzco entrance.
You get rewards based from the total points you collect from the scheduled run. It can be coins, a gear of the month, ability chunks, etc. You can monitor it from the rewards menu when you are at the Salmon Run lobby.

How in the fuuuck are you supposed to fight that asshole with a baloon on his head that inflates with a roller? Spamming 'over here' and hoping for someone with a gun is.... Ineffective.
Also if I ever play with any of you and they give me a charger, some of you will die with me, sorry
Edit: I was shocked and saddened that the salmon run door was closed once, what's the logic there?
It really makes no sense. If you are higher rank your rank should just be frozen. There's nothing to gain playing with lower rank players.

Don't think it's possible for rollers unless you're above them
It's still doable as a roller via jump swipe. Takes quite some hits though.

Have you actually seen them standing around? When someone disconnects/their connection drops the result-screen will always show 0 points, even if they contributed in the match before their disconnect.
Yeah ideally you play your role and someone else gets that boss

Goldie on high tide is just unfair
That's basically the key thing to victory in Salmon Run. Knowing your roles and dealing the bosses in the most effective way possible. That boss is 1HKO from a charger for example.

Ok 210% may be too insane. I turn around and three bosses are behind us on low tide...we did not make it.
They could have been demoted. I went from Professional all the way down to Go-Getter after having a string of terrible teams.
I mean still better than going through first 2 levels lol. Everyone there are mostly really bad.
