Even had the game in standby so I could farm before applying the patch and right while I was browsing while I updated the game I've read that there's also an easy gold ticket :( Didn't know about it while literally patching. But got plenty of the XP one at least.

yeah the gold one is later on so a lot of people missed it =/ im sure for most players the xp will be enough, gold isnt really that insane later on if you play a bunch
 
that Dual Weapon being added tomorrow (?) looks nice...gonna guess that'll be for higher levels...I'm just at 7 so probably nowhere near where they'll have that unlockable

No thank you, this disgusts me and shows me once again why we humans need restrictions. When there is a tiny little hole with the opportunity to glitch yourself premium ticket, money or anything else, what the developer don't want of course, you can't just respect it and hold yourself together, you jumps straight into it like a wild animal to a buffet and sits there and grinds this for hours instead of just playing the game.

Everyone can do whatever they want of course, but something with this behavior just disgusts me, sorry.

it literally does nothing but allow you to unlock guns at a miniscule amount faster, plz im at level 35 and it is mostly because i win games in ranked not because im using stupid 1.5x xp tickets

if that makes me a wild animal i can give less than 1000 shits, nice personal attack there when speaking about holding yourself together lol

whole thing took me 2 hours of which i did when the servers were down so even further lol

Didn't do the glitch because I didn't feel like progressing in the campaign at the moment, lol. Also wouldn't have the patience to grind for more than ten minutes.

nah it is a breach of personal integrity, this is basically on the same level as breaking a law and proves that everyone who does it cannot hold themselves together and is a slave of temptation

im sure we are all also obese as well as per being slaves of temptation etc.


this is a game about personal skill, not filling fucking bars, which is why everyone and their mother who knows about this has done it or wishes they did if they missed it
if i want to unlock weapons so as to hone my skill, perfect its not like they make me a better player, which should be obvious but you know some people dont like fun or understand it, hence why our friend decided to respond to my simple comment with personal attacks against all the people who did it
 
bah, I love Splatoon, but having to level up to 10 to be able to play ranked, that's a trash design they should have changed it. Currently it is way too long. I hated Turf War in Splatoon 1, and have to go through that is really annoying.

np, its kinda weird i think that you cant at least use drinks and food at the same time but w.e its fine, the drinks are meant to be used later on when you dont need xp passed 30 really and you start the gear grind

probably why the drinks are so fucking rare

It's not a personal attack, lol, but how do you say it in English? If the shoe fits, wear it.

It was not personal, it was more for people in general, if people can get something for free or any advantage through glitches or else, they become wild animals and use the shit out of it, it's a fact, I'm sorry.

But like I said, do what makes you happy but let me, rightfully, criticize it if I want to.
 
Some food tickets are also available in single player. Not sure if it's one per stage like the Sardinium and the Sunken Scroll, but i found perhaps four of them in the same kinds of odd places that you'd find those other two things.

if you lose a game in ranked you dont get experience im not sure if you knew, im S ranked and it isnt because i used xp tickets and my desired weapons were all unlocked by level 30, i unlocked all weapons 5 levels ago, the only benefit after the fact is you get sea snails to bypass a mechanic that USED TO BE buyable with gold yet is now gated by a much larger time commitment

you are very rightful to criticize anything you wish but not in such the way you had, that was a direct personal attack but im willing to accept that it was a misunderstanding due to a language difference, im a world first raider in world of warcraft and fully understand the meaning of an exploit so there is no need to explain to me

i know exactly what a meaningful and a w.e exploit is this exploit does nothing but allow you to fill a bar which leads to weapon unlocks, bars that are in place so that you are literally forced to artifically play video games longer, fake goals that are put in place this is hardly a new mechanic

hence why just like artifact power in world of warcraft people utilize exploits to bypass USELESS mechanics such as artificial non skill demanding time requirements


you dont seem interested in the specifics of the why though, just that BREAKS THE RULES

I feel like I tore the stages apart in my first playthrough and only ended up with like 8 tickets altogether.
 
Anyone have the official prima guide? Does it have all the current gear in it?

I'd love to know how many of each type there are. Trying to collect them all.

It really doesn't take that long. Get a couple food tickets for some XP boosts and it takes even less time.

Has anyone used a drink yet? Do those stack with food? (Gear XP isn't affected by food).

I don't plan on using any until I want to grind the hell out of some ability chunks.

i mentioned it a bit ago but no the drinks do not stack with food
he will make you replace the other ticket with the drink

No one is being hurt, but you are breaking the game. I knew of the glitch and purposely avoided it, in the spirit of the sport. I hope Nintendo resets peoples tickets and XP that was gained using them.

I don't have that much free time to play games so I'm happy I don't have to grind out 50% more games to get to level thirty. Whatever floats your boat though.

How the heck do you even get drinks?, they didn't do something stupid and lock them behind a MP mode did they? - i don't want to do horde mode (as i am guessing that's the mode that has them). Same with the double boosts, I've found 1 so far and that was for finishing SP - were are they in the MP?.

its in salmon run yeah, they are in those little purple balls you get in that mode at certain point intervals =/

you cant even get them through regular multiplayer which is what really bothers me about the whole thing but its an incentive to play salmon run so i understand it entirely


i find the mode really fun but the problem is that the rewards outside of shirts stop at 1300 points, so the amount of drinks you can get per salmon run is super low considering you may want a specific drink, i can play until my eyes bleed and it wouldnt matter
 
I'll apologize in advance for my shit salmon run skills (if i get paired with Gaffers :D), I'm not interested in the mode - but i want the sweet drinks.
