Like I said before, it's the same skeleton from the game, only I've updated the graphics.

There are no new scenes, or unedited shots or bonus material.

That being the case, the 70 dollars they ask for is a robbery of money.

I even prefer the ps3 and ps4 version.

Yep, looks like TLOU2. Which is still a very good looking game, so that's fine. But I don't see why this couldn't run on PS4 (at lower resolution etc), so I hope with their next project after this they give us something that looks properly next gen.

So it looking like TLOU 2 is what was expected, not a surprise.

Either way, looks really good but not buying it. Already played the first game, and TLOU 2 irked me to the whole franchise and Naughty Dog games in general.

This has real "Craig_of_War" (or whatever that guys name was) vibes, where they were suggesting that voice work hadn't been done yet on GOW:R - it's such a bullshit criticism that you know has to be bullshit on its face. Why would they re-record voice work for this game? Or redo the animations or the actual camera work?

Agreed. The HBO show should have been set in space in the year 30XX, with a CGI Della Reese as Joel and Bhad Bhabie as Ellie.

Was really hoping this was gameplay/combat since that has been "completely revamped." I'm still surprised they decided to show the gold announcement, but haven't even shown that yet, lol.

Seeing this, while neat, I still don't think it's worth the price if you've already experienced it before.

Eh I'll go in again for it. It's coinciding to the HBO release of the show no doubt. It's more so for newcomers and less about us.

I'm with you that for those who have already owned the PS3, PS4 versions (I own both), then $70 or 80€ is too much for the Remake. But for those who have never played the game before, and it is such a master piece of gaming, then the $70 PS5 version is the best version to experience this gem on until the PC version is released, so you can't just throw a blanket statement and say that anyone spending their hard-earned money on this remake is a "moron."

Hopefully not true. I was looking forward to expanded gameplay based on TLOU 2.

You're gonna see takes like that when the game comes out (even from misinformed jouros and influencers), people brute forcing on normal and easy will claim there's little difference, which one of the unforuante negatives of Naughty Dog's strive for accessiblity. Even for average players the gameplay doesn't shine unless you're playing on a harder difficulty.
