Fromsoftware parent Company Kadokawa suffers ransom attack, 1.5TB Confidental Data at risk

I hate this shit. Why are people awful.

I so wished that hackers like these would get punished by having their personal info and the info of their families posted online on a government website, for everyone to see. Including bank statements of the last 10 years.

I am interested in seeing emails between Myazaki and Sony in regards to the Bloodborne PS4 Pro/PS5/PC ports.

Other than that, fuck these losers. Get a real job and stop being glorified kidnappers.

Watch the Déraciné PC port from the GeForce Now leak make its way to PC through a leaked playable build before Bloodborne 🚬

I swear these attacks look more like an alibi for justifying some shady business with people's data, they happen too often and to many big companies that happen to carry lots of personal data

I mean Bloodborne source code complied on PC though 👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀
There might be some Bloodborne related stuff but i doubt there will be anything about a sequel or PC port

Jokes, I know, but all that stuff is probably just under Sony instead (with the exception of a potential Bloodborne sequel, From Soft would have that in their roadmap if it exists).

FYI, regarding video game companies, Kadowaka Corporation also owns Spike Chunsoft, Gotcha Gotcha Games and Kadokawa Games.

Doing something like this is always incredibly shitty, I hate these people so much...

That being said, why didn't they target some asshole company instead? Lol.

And also punished like public execution or something, i hate them. I once got attacked, and have to reinstall and replace my data :'(

Absolutely depraved fucking monkeys who do this.

Wouldn't mind seeing all of these ransomware bitches getting assassinated in cold blood by big publishers and this is one of the very few instances of standing by billion dollar corporations, that I don't mind. Would send a strong fucking message of fuck around and find out.

Hope none of the staff's private information gets out.

Please don't wish violence or death on people, even those you strongly dislike.

I'm not even these piece of shit hackers get into the companies' private info and business plans. What I really despise is when they reveal personal information of the low level employees and customers. Fuck that.

While I feel you, I wouldn't go as far as to wish death upon them. That's maybe a bit too much (for me, at least). And let's be real: Most hackers aren't doing anything sophisticated or specifically targeted. They just go through standard methods until they find a buggy/poorly configured element in a company's security and exploit this. So the company itself isn't without blame as well. And unfortunately oftentimes equipment from companies that act as a supplier or companies that act as contractor for IT security are shitty as well. There are multiple cases where shit from e.g. Cisco had pretty big security flaws and was used as part of the IT infrastructure of companies around the globe. A lot of the IT-security business sector is a fucking scam.

it certainly bothers me that there's no law enforcement effective enough to track and kick the door down on this kind of scum

Likewise in the case of people who, in mass, are trying to trick old people out of their savings over the phone. These are cases of knowingly being evil that should be met will full force. Scamming is the lowest, even lower than unpremeditated violent crimes, because it's consciously choosing to defraud or ruin others for gain, systematically.

Yes to all of the above. But not their families it's not their families fault they have a shit stain amongst them and I don't think it's fair the families would get raked across the coals.
