i think that, within its fan base, the game is loved on a level beyond the major sony franchises. it was/is a breath of fresh air among all the iterative sequels this gen...

No, but it's 99% likely that Sony will set it just a day before TGS (in Japan), like last year. It would be kinda pointless for it to be after TGS.
