Costco no longer sells Xbox consoles and games

I agree Det, one-eyed fanboyism is never good.

Is an incorrect forum post the same as being a lunatic who goes out on the streets protesting against Sony, the "evil company that won't let MS buy Activision"?

Actually, you Xbox people have some kind of low level of emotional intelligence or emotional skills, like being retarded like this:

"suck PlayStation gamers, phill spencer is my friend"

🤡 🤡 🤡 🤡 🤡 🤡

HeisenbergFX4 HeisenbergFX4 even your friend says it's dead.
The man who is pissed off at Xbox for running him out of the gaming industry and the company who made him undesirable for any other gaming company to hire so much so he is working at a gambling company?

That guy that 100% is a bitter ex?

Oh and over time he showed his true colors and most people that were running with him during his main gaming period no longer call him a friend, dude is an ass even to "friends"

Wow, do you guys even game together anymore?

You were trying to claim that the next Xbox wouldn't have a power advantage. You're now retreating to your familiar "PC with an Xbox sticker" argument instead. As if modern PlayStations aren't 99% AMD inventions.
It could be twice as powerful and it wouldn't matter an ounce. Xbox's issues do not lie with their hardware, but the people running the division into the ground.

I changed my view on that after new data emerged over the past year. That's what great analysts do- they react and adapt to new market information and review their analysis accordingly.

One thing for sure, it will be uncomfortable for some Sony loyalists to witness the power of the next Xbox. The same people who rushed out to buy the PS5 Pro will apparently see no need for a high end games machine without a Sony sticker slapped on it. :messenger_smiling_with_eyes:
Yet you're here making a fool of yourself once again

An interesting strategy copying Leonidas Leonidas 's style knowing what has become of Intel as of late...

I thought you said he was xbox's best exec, what happened with the 180?
I still think to this day he would have been a much better pick to succeed Phil than their current people in place

We would have never have gotten the Halo Infinite Craig trailer if he had the final word, he could at least see that was shit

So basically what happened was that when MS raised the price Costco didn't want to pay the new higher price on this product that didn't make them much money so they cut it.

Again as always this was mostly MS's fault they could have took the slightly lower profit better than anyone else yet...

Jez out here trying to equate xbox to a Ferrari in this costco news. More like the Yugo.

Costco doesn't pay the higher price. The consumer does. The problem is that the consumer is not interested in xbox and so neither is Costco. No point stocking and distributing something that hardly sells. They got rid of everything xbox btw, not just the console.

Makes me wonder if this is "THE" reason Sony put a game like Helldivers 2 on Xbox last month.
GAAS games it just makes sense to have the largest player base possible. It probably also helps that at this point they wanna catch the players that want to leave the platform and they have an opportunity to do that by saying "If you like this you won't have to wait for exclusivity periods over on Playstation"

Huh? Costco does pay the higher price it's not retail but it is higher wholesale. They don't send money to ms for each purchase. video games are not on consignment. They buy whole sale and they pay a higher price when prices rise.

I'm interested in hearing how you think stores work?

This shit is funny because it's a nobody grifter laughing at a career joke vs a CEO of a $2.5B company. look at this guys twitter profile for a glimpse of this guy's/bots life.

I mean they would have no problem stocking something that the consumer buys. The higher asking price the consumer pays for in the end. Costco however knows that it will have difficulty selling that stock because the consumer doesn't really want it and it isn't worth stocking/distributing.

Costco pays the higher price and charges the higher price. If Xbox were selling well enough then Costco would continue to stock them, but clearly as stagnant as we know sales are, Costco doesn't think increasing the price makes any sense.

Can see GAME in the UK doing this soon. They've downsized their Xbox sections massively. They only stock a few units at a time, but considering they struggle to sell those, and with the price hike here soon, they'll be no longer any point keeping any stock.

Isn't that what I said? 🤔 It has to sell them to come out the same. The cost to have them in the shelves is a higher upfront.

In simi related news. Walmart is the only one I know of that has buy back clause for merchandise they cannot sell.

At this rate, I don't understand why Rockstar would bother porting and optimizing GTA6 to Xbox Series S.
It's definitely a game (or" the" game) MS would just fuck the parity bullshit off for if they had to. PlayStaion already has the marketing for it, and the userbase. No chance MS would risk not having an Xbox version at all. This game is bigger than anything they, or Sony could put out combined.

Yea I think during the 360 gen Rockstar forced MS to get rid of one of their clauses. I forget what it was though.
