What the hell did they do to Lara Croft?

Compared to the survivor trilogy, this is an upgrade to her design.

I'll start to worry if other characters try to guilt trip her for stealing artifacts again.
 
On the other hand here Lara looks possibly the best she has ever looked..

I think she looks great. Like an actual human woman.

I have no problem with games like Stellar Blade, before I get misunderstood. I'm all for outrageously hot female characters in games.

But it doesn't need to be every game. Lara looks like someone you'd actually meet. At least she doesn't have multi-colored hair, a septum ring, and face tattoos.
 
I don't get what is wrong with her, looks like a sexy milf to me. What do you expect a woman in her late thirties, early forties to look like?
She has a bit of gray in her hair which indicates an older Lara.
 
I don't get the need to make older action heroes. In movies it was unavoidable if you wanted the familiar star, but in games we can just keep them young. Every time I see a geriatric actor way past their prime being brought back I cringe. Why they would feel the need to do it for a video game goes beyond me. We don't need 40+ Lara, we really don't. This looks nothing like the earlier Survivor era looks either. At least the Atlantis one is somewhat ok. Will have to see how they do characterisation for both.
 
What's wrong with ya?! All these Laras are fine. She lacks the certain je ne sais quoi but it's fine. Jolie Lara is still peak, can't argue with that.

More like Tomb Raider was always for fun. And it was deep...gameplay-wise. The 2013 reboot direction isn't deep in any way and it takes itself far more serious.

On the other hand, it's just a teaser, so we'll see.

Never been a huge fan of Tomb Raider, but i cant exactly see what wrong with the character model. On the other side im not a fan and free of nostalgia, so i cant really relate.
 
The Atlantis Lara is beautiful. I loved that she resembles Monica Bellucci.

On the other hand, I don't know who the hell that Indian character in Catalyst is. Absolutely terrible design.

Looks like these idiot studios are working unaware of each other's existence.

Maybe she had a wrecked car accident and they reconstructed her face badly ? I mean you can even see the scars. Anyway it's a bold move to make us play a disfigured woman, but she's literally unplayable.
Edit : Or maybe it's actually Nathan Drake after them transition ? More likely.

From what I've read online, a 10 is a 7 to me. It's relative and subjective to each individual male, If you put an entire women identity on a checklist, then, basically you know nothing about them and you've just reduced them to a Dragon Ball power hierarchy system cause it's pointless and serve no purpose.
