This game popped up on my X timeline yesterday, had no idea it existed before then, looked it up and liked everything that I read. I will pick it up on PS5 eventually, too many games
There's no such thing as a game pass version, game pass is just a subscription, but yes the xbox version seems to be older, though the only real bug I've encountered so far, alters disappearing into a "none module", is still present in the latest version.Apparently the Gamepass version is 0.9.5.0
Gamepass pc(xbox app) versions generally get patches later than steam versions, sometimes not at all(quantum break's gamepass version is broken). One of the biggest problems of xbox pc games. There's no such thing as a game pass version, game pass is just a subscription,
Dunno why you quoted me, there's no suich thing as game pass versions.Gamepass pc(xbox app) versions generally get patches later than steam versions, sometimes not at all(quantum break's gamepass version is broken). One of the biggest problems of xbox pc games.
They just mean GP/Xbox is running an older build of the game.Dunno why you quoted me, there's no suich thing as game pass versions.
Interesting concept, but holy shit, does this game get annoying quickly.
I'm racing against time to build multi-stage equipment that takes many in-game hours. I've got five days until the sunrise wipes out the base and everyone in it. If we don't build and deploy this stuff in time, we all get burned to a cinder.
Meanwhile, my three alters can't do a single goddamn thing without me telling them. The botanist says "I think you should know we're running out of food," and then he goes off to bed. That's your only job, you lazy, hateful fuck.
The technician complains that it's "all work work work, and no entertainment", and spends his time arguing with the scientist. Jesus H, we're all going to be dead in five days because you useless cunts want to play fucking beer pong.
Honestly, I can appreciate what the developers were aiming for here, but the execution is very poor. I slept through the last few days to see what would happen, but all I got was a cheapo text screen saying "the alters rebelled against you".
What did that actually entail? Screw every last one of them, I only wish there had been a cutscene where I could watch them all burn.
Can't put this game down.. HELP! It's so good. This game is fucking awesome, i'm in the middle of chapter 2 having a blast.
How long did it take you?A bit short
but I enjoyed it. 5 chapters would have been a lot more appropriate.
~30 hours, but I failed once.. at around mid game, too much chatting and procrastinating during day hours.. had to load a save way back like 10 days. I hope theres DLC for this gemHow long did it take you?

only 3 chapters sadly. 87 in game days, but I guess you can finish it faster./SPOILER]
Theres no 'total' timer per say , but you have to do a few key objectives in each chapter. You can try to ace it by doing all optional obj too, which can make this game pretty hard, otherwise your alters when properly juggled each evening will do almost everything by themselves you will only need to explore the areas at the beginning of each chapter.30 hours for the price they are selling the game is an amazing deal though. I have to play it man, the problem is that I dont like having a timer when playing
The reason why I got interested in this game was because of Murderbot Diaries, and this is exactly how humans behave by default there lolThe biggest problem is the alters. The game wants to tell the story of each one, so they always wanna talk to you about their past. The problem is, they dont care about the situation you are in. You might be 6 days from getting scorched by the sun, only for one of the alters to get angry because they wanna talk to their girlfriend, or because they want a gym built. 80% of the conversations are petty nonsense while you are doing everything to survive.
They are so annoying that I ended up doing everything in my power to destroy them.
I had radiation shield running out during a magnetic storm which means you have 5 minutes to put it back up or everybody dies lol. I don't think things regarding radiation shield are ever explained well enough and early enough so they was a bit stressful moment lol.I enjoyed my time with it but got stuck early on by not getting enough resources on one the days, its pretty hard to recover, you scramble trying to fix things but end up dead anyway. So bounced.
Lol I THINK thats what happened to me, the radiation barrier, but I was frantically building things not sure what and never nailed the timing, I was thinking ill have to restart to get to grips with it.I had radiation shield running out during a magnetic storm which means you have 5 minutes to put it back up or everybody dies lol. The game is pretty forgiving, even while playing on Normal. Main issue pointed out by one reviewer (Mortismal) is that playing on Steam Deck makes anomalies super hard to see , so before I figured it out I ran straight into some of the blobs lol.
