He's in Europe so he can ask for repairs/a replacement, thing is, this will happen AGAIN since the quality is absolutely abysmal, hence me saying again that the only, proper course of action is finding a guy on Ebay that replaces the Alps modules for HAL/TMR ones...
That's what I did and I couldn't be happier - it had gotten so bad that I stopped using the L3 and R3 buttons (analogue stick "click") altogether and started to reassign the sprint function to any other button as it's one of the culprits for stick drift (dust and grime basically gets pushed into the potentiometers), I can't even begin to imagine how bad it must get for people that actually play for hours on end first person shooters like COD.
