Don't buy the Pro just for this game but for all games moving forward that will take advantage of the upgraded PSSR features. It will be worth it all around.

You'll feel less stressed that you technically didn't spend such money just for one game but for future proofing.

I'm in a similar boat, the differences in Resi9 are stark so i'm gonna see how much better this one is over the base before deciding but it'll need to be big to make it worth spunking near £700 on it

Tbf i have no idea if this is all true.

I saw some BAD ground textures when zoomed in some videos and the game seems to have a decent pop in, so maybe is not as performant as ue5 best nanite usage and probably why it is lighter to run.

Hard to say until we can play the game on our oleds.

In some vids people spotted heavy pop in of objects. But it looked more like a localized bug, rather than a general problem. But yeah, there will be some bugs....it would be a miracle if not.

Since February, I 100% Expedition 33, Dragon Quest VII and Xenoblade Chronicles X. The latter, I finished 500+ horrible quests and I feel like I really can't stand another game with 400+ quests...

I just saw this on my front page and watched a little. I have not really seen much of this game before this thread and this video. I watched a little of the 50 minutes of gameplay in the OT and this video. This guy uses completely different games to describe it, but from my just watching I would use different games. I'm getting Dragon's Dogma vibes, and that has gotten me a lot more interested now. That with a mix of Assassin's Creed and Horizon games.





I was in a slump with no desire to play any games, so much so that I have been looking at getting something new on top of my 100s of unplayed games that are not piquing my interest atm. I might dive into this one, break my no full price games rule. I'll probably find a sale on GMG or one of them.
