I mean, that's the only reason I can understand why people would find "fun" in it.
By all means, there was no intent on shitting on the prediction score threads (which this one wasn't labeled as such), but it was a genuine question that I was trying to get through my head. Lol

I want this to be a GOTY candidate, but I'm setting expectations to yet another Korean action style game that looks flashy and lacks any substance. Low 80s meta is what I'm expecting with a 78-83% Steam rating. Anything north of that and I'm impressed.

I'm so pumped. seems like so many good games this year. was loving RE9. Cheathappens. the place i get my trainers from got it out so fast for the other games. I'm sure they can be just as speedy with this game! Debating on preordering the game or not. other games have let me down in the past but this one seems so fun!

I wouldn't be surprised if that's the case, along with a story that isn't very great and I mean main and side quests with that. Would love to be wrong.

Repetitive missions can be helped a little with all the possible ways to play in this game though, at least there's that.

Really hope it lands above 90. I want this to be the Dragons Dogma 2 we should have gotten.

Realistically, I feel like this will end up in the 70s or low 80s. Just too many systems, limited information on quests (which typically signals sloppy MMO fetch quest shit) combined with struggles Korean and Japanese studios have had with telling western stories/writing compelling dialogue.

Its an open world DMC thing isnt it? Not an RPG so depends on how much combat you want to learn and the learning curve looks fucking steep. If they can nail the exploration and puzzles it could be decent but not sure what rewards are, think its new moves and fight options. I think its primary focus is beating the shit out of people in the most crazy way possible so its going to divide because reviewers are morons and automatically assume this is some deep, branching story, balders gate

Oddly enough, the more I see of this, the less excited I am by it.

I would have said 90%+ a month ago. Now I'm thinking somewhere around 83-85%.

Like Black Myth Wukong a couple of years ago, it'll do well commercially, get deep-throated by the gaming community regardless of it's many glaring issues and be crowned GOTY until it inevitably loses out to GTA6 in December.

I've been hearing mixed things, but it looks technically and visually solid, the establishment games media will probably give it a minimum 80-84. Indie reviewers and personalities could land anywhere, and they'll be the real ones to listen to.

I have high hopes for the game, but I'm stuck at work until the 25th so I'll time to watch the reviews.

87-89 is my guess. If I'm being real the only knock this game may have is just the size because while bigger is nice it isn't always better, sometimes a game can just be too big and that's all subjective but the map of this looks insane, that's a lot of content it needs to have.

But that aside it looks good can't wait, dying to dive in
