The top comments are pretty good

some of these players must of been pretty good amateur actors before they turned to football, it's bizarre and infuriating.

they are playing infront of thousands with millions more watching, with nowhere to hide, yet they continue to act like this. I will never understand these sort of players, they have no shame.

I remember when i was a kid, it was only the Italian national team and a certain young christiano ronaldo that were infamous for this shit, now it's everybody and "a part of the game"

Cristiano Ronaldo - School of Dives

ESPN (US) sounds like they finally getting their coverage right in time for Euro 2012. All games live (22 ESPN, 9 ESPN2) and every match will be archived on ESPN3 until the end of the year. They will also have actual pre and post game shows, with Ballack/Lalas/MaManaman as the studio analysts.

really impressed with how their coverage has grown over the last few years.

I still can't get over Chelsea sacking AVB... What the hell is wrong with that club and it's execs... They are freakin stupid.

The man never got given a fair go...

It is quite odd isn't it. Opposite of the Arsenal execs. Giving Wenger way too much time(imo), where as Chelsea don't give their managers any time.
"Buddy, its been 6months and all you have won is the FA Cup and came 2nd in the EPL. Fired."
(exaggerating but it isn't far off lol)

Dead serious about the likelihood of JT doing one of his "I really respect the new gaffer" numbers.

Some clown called Gianluca Di Marzio says Pogba to Juve is millimetres from completion.

say what you want about city, but they are above chelsea when it comes to the board room decisions

Mancini came in, in the middle of a season and made City win again (and finish the best spot they ever had and barely missed CL). There's really lots of huge differences that makes the comparison rather dumb, even if Roman was a fool for firing AVB.

oops, forgot about that.

ah well, AVB is not hurting, he earned £15 million for his 8 month ordeal lol (read that on twitter, so i'm not sure on the accuracy of the amount)

Disenchanted Chelsea fans, the USWNT is here for you. Sydney LeRoux is super awesome.

Seriously, though. I only really knew about Solo and Wambach and Rapinoe, and more recently Morgan, but I'm keen to see games. No chance of seeing them (friendlies - I think we can sometimes rely on the very large tournaments being screened, but tv sport is perpetually a bit of a basketcase in Australia) on any tv channel, unfortunately.

Lung have you ever seen Tombstone with Val Kilmer?

Nope.

Yeah he sure did. Not just that but also the crazy fee Roman paid for him to get out of his Porto contract... Money down the drain, but that's how the rich owners are.

Because the Arsenal execs and more importantly the Arsenal self sustained policy is the problem at Arsenal.

Replacing Wenger will do little good if we are to handicap the new manager with similar restrictions. Contrary to popular belief Wenger is not the sole problem at Arsenal. When you have the Chief Exec and Chairman saying "No Champions League = no problem just a financial blow" then you know your problems go far beyond the manager. The Arsenal execs see the CL as money and nothing more....

The Arsenal situation is totally different. The Chelsea players would not last long with their attitudes if they were under the Arsenal/Man U management.

Its gonna be hard supporting Chelsea in the coming months with how disgraceful a lot of the players have been these past months. :(

Edit: actually fuck it I won't be watching anymore Chelsea league match for the rest of this season.

Sheikh Mansour is just a brilliant owner. Ploughing his money in like that but he doesn't know about football, so he hires people who do to make the decisions. He just gives them the chequebook.

City STILL haven't appointed a new CEO. Which tells me they only want the highest calibre.

as noted above, this is pretty terrible comparison given the situations prior to entry.

though he certainly is a better owner than abramovich.

Benzema. Remember when Madrid beat Barcelona this year? Oh wait that never happened.

P.s. when Ronaldo left Barcelona he was a good lad. When he left Madrd he turned to picking up cross dressers and having ties with drug lords tisk tisk.

You are funny Junior, we'll get along very well.

Shall I bring Ronaldinho or Deco or that would be cheating?

An angry (and quite possibly mentally stunted) Federico Macheda is set to appeal his fine for homophobic remarks.

Ben Arfa: 'I'm full of dreams. In 3 yrs, I see myself winning World Cup in Braz or Ballon D'Or. Aim is to be 1 of best players around'

Best of luck.

This implies... he was a kid 6 years ago.

Whatever, I'm not even starting, I guess what everybody else did was the better way to (not) answer to this.

Might be a decent player if he wasn't the greediest footballer to have ever walked the earth.
