czs looked really good defensively. D-Will and Joe were being shut down completely and them dudes can score.
I like how some teams are going with painting the lanes with only the pro lines and leaving out the college lane and markings.
MSG court is used by so many different teams (college/HS) that we won't be seeing something like that any time soon. Would love to see a return to the blue lanes from '90s.
sup.did you see the yankee game?lol.
Chandler was anchoring the bulls so it didn't take him long to become a good defensive player as a lot of people seem to think. Chandler was just hurt a lot after he left the bulls.
Noel is nothing like chandler. He comes off conceited and loves to play a shitty point forward. The kid thinks he's Lebron.
I need to find that draft/rookie profile that claims he'll be a small forward.
Curry will wind up being your basic weight-fighting NBA journeyman. The slender Chandler is a much more skilled offensive player whose natural position is small forward--the last thing the Clippers need. Curry goes to the Clippers. Atlanta will choose between Chandler and Eddie Griffin, who has the second-best upside to Diop but battles a quick-fisted temper.

the episode where he was talking about dwight and old school vs the new, euro style?Shaq on Open Court, what a salty bitch wow.
Am I crazy for thinking the Nets can be better than the Pacers?
Chandler didn't anchor shit for the bulls. Shit, when he first got in the league he was trying to bring the ball up the court.
nope
Nets will be top 4 in the east
So how did the Nyets/Celtics game go?
Also jorts isn't a bad 5. He doesn't suck at defense and is stronger than his frame lets on. He never really had a 3 though ... D'antoni used his system to get him wide open for them.
That's what I'm saying! I just don't see it with the Pacers, they lucked out with Dwight being out.
I think they'll end up 5th. They will really miss Collison during the regular season, and their wing depth is terrible. Sam Young and Lance Stephenson are your top reserves?

the Czs finally have a floor unit that Rondo can run with, so they got lots of easy fast break buckets from turnovers.
and Shaq gets bothered when Charles smacktalks him on open court, I dunno what's going on there, but I notice it. Like that time he got all serious and butthurt when Chuck brought up his freethrow shooting.
The Pacers are a great defensive team whereas the Nets suck completely at defense. The Nets are better offensively, but have a ton of overlap on offense.
Neither team has a bench so who has the better record will probably be determined by injuries more than anything else.
I'm not a fan of this Nets' team though. I think Joe's really overrated and Brook is a horrible fit.
Hey fellas, the games start counting again yet?
Knicks will have a better record than both.
I'm back in Charlotte for a few days during my fall break, so I decided to journey uptown to watch the free Bobcats practice open to the public for my first glimpse of the new team. While there, here's what I gathered:
I'm not sure what significant improvements have been made to Michael Kidd-Gilchrist. Watching him shoot jumpers tonight did not instill me with confidence. He was often off-balanced, not square with the basket and still had that hitch in his shot. Even when they went in, I cringed. Unfortunately, this was not one of those practices where he showed the rest of his skills, aka the skills that made him a top pick.
How much of that team is old and won't make it through a full season?
Nets at least have a majority over the roster under 40.
I think Nets do well in the East and have maybe the 3 or 4 seed. Williams is going to up his game now that he as guys to play with. Joe Johnson is a pretty good SG and Wallace hasn't fallen off completely has he?
And you have Brooks and Watson coming off the bench?
That's a pretty hot team to me. Rebounding and D is a concern but come on now. They won't need a hip replacement midway through the season.
0-4 in Steve Blake future.
The Los Angeles Lakers have targeted Sunday's preseason game against the Sacramento Kings for Dwight Howard to make his debut, several sources told Yahoo! Sports on Thursday night.
Funny thing is that his post says nothing about the KnicksFor the last few years you, and people like you have been praying for the Nets to finish higher in the standing than the Knicks, but it hasn't happened. Even after the Knicks had one of the worst seasons in league history people thought they would have a better record than the Knicks. Do you and other people realize that big record swings from one season to the next don't happen often?

And he's a Blazers/Hornets' fan.

If you say soKnicks will be top 4 this year so there's no way the Nets will have a chance at top 4.
