Just got home! The lines were fun if incredibly smelly with everyone lighting up every 15 minutes.

But I got it and caught the very last bus back!

Early impressions:

-way too many power weapons. Like, BTB heavies levels of them.
-Dexterity is a must
-Mantis is very OP, as is the binary rifle
-First impressions of maps are positive
-Horrible UI
-Much faster than previous Halos

Shhhh... Fun night. ;P

Finally got my copy! Picked up a Normal Edition and the Season Pass thing, worked out a bit cheaper but I loose the video stuff and soundtrack.

I said it in September and I'll say it again now, FIFA 13 and Halo 4 could easily see me through many, many months of gaming. Of course I'll buy other games too (lots of good ones are a coming) but man, Halo has me pumped!

Yeah our store had them. I mean, I had the slip to get the game, but they couldn't guarantee us the game unless they were able to print out DLC codes. Embarrassing.

Can't belive I have the game currently installing on my 360. Today is gonna be one of those great days.

I kept it on the default 3, the aiming feels best out of any of the 360 Halos to me. Feels quicker than it did before while also allowing more finer tuning, which I've never been great at in the past.

Really, I find it kind of unresponsive....hmmm......maybe I just need to re-adjust to the pace of the game, I find it a little slow to respond.
