May as well download the demo to see if it's something you'll like. There's enough content to give a fairly good idea of what to expect from the final product.

You can still play it at some friend's house or something then give impressions. There is no code that prevents you from posting in an OT if you don't have the game.

Well, the game comes out in like two weeks. A week if you're not going to be anal about it. I'd say check out the demo and see what NT is doing with the brand; it doesn't hurt to try it out before the game hits.

If there is no signs of him I think you should check the last time that person was around and if it hasnt been around in a while report on the OT thread and do it yourself and post it tonight. If the OT guy/gal its irresponsible that doesn't even gives excuses of why is he/she late then someone else with interest should do it.

These DmC threads are really addictive. Considering we usually have 2-3 of them active on the first few pages, they're basically all I read and respond to on gaming side.

Seems weird to release it as a seperate, free dlc content. Unless they couldn't have it ready in time for release, or another shitty way of trying to punish people that buy used game copies by making it a code that comes with the game.

This seems like a smart move. Give people "free DLC" to remove some of the bad taste from their SFxT reactions. This is an expected mode. People would have been upset if it wasn't in the game somehow. Making it seem like an additional free DLC giveaway is a good way to spin perception in your favor.

While that's the intent, it's pretty stupid of a person to see it that way. Especially if they expected to be included in the game like we all did.

It's like if they took out DMD mode and the real fans who actually play the game were like "Yo, this shit is easy as fuck. Where DMD at?" and after some deliberation Capcom back with "As a gesture to our hardcore fans, we're including a new difficulty level for free". People who don't give a shit will think, "Wow, that's nice of them" and those a clue would and should be rightfully indignant.

The use of Awe of She is pretty perfect in that video. Imagine if they had gotten Ishiwatari Daisuke to do the OST of a DMC game. Would have been a better choice than Hootie G.
