I don't really think it's a discussion to be had by people who are not a part of the black community.I agree with you, but the same discussion has been had before about Islamic extremism, and it was determined that to ask Muslims to take action on it, or even speak against it, was considered insulting and bigoted. While, like I said, I agree with you, I wonder is this really a different argument, and if they are the same, which answer is the right one?
It is a bit strange and condescending to have a person who isn't part of the community telling you what you should or should not be doing.
With that being said, something really does need to be done within the black community or this type of behavior will persist indefinitely.
