Even nikonrumor couldn't get an image out before the official announcement.
My problem with this spec is that it matches directly with the DP1, as if it was designed before the X100. You get the 28/2.8 lens, which is fine. It's very hard to make wide angle lens faster and small. You also get the 16mp sensor. That's a little "2-year ago" compare to the rest of the Nikon line up. The X100s also has a 16mp sensor, but its a modern sensor with no low pass filter so the resolution is effectively 10-20% higher. It also has no EVF, which is again, like the DP1. The control as far as I can tell it's kind of P&S-ish. The only saving grace is the hotshoe.
I think its a $600 camera, make it 700 with Nikon tax. If its more than 700 its too much.
edit: also, "Coolpix A"? terrible name! I completely lose interest.
