Lil Wayne reportedly in critical condition. Hopefully this isn't too disturbing for the GB crew so soon after the loss of Paul Bearer.

Apparently TMZ was wrong, lots of reports that he is fine.

Also, i think the control room didn't hear that part of what brad said.
No way that was intentional, they were just trying to put on some good hall of meat tunes.

If that's what you're talking about, it's very rare for AI to do it.

It's rare because a super-heavyweight must be involved and you need to store 5 finishers to activate it. You need to store 3 finishers for the smaller moments like breaking the ringside barrier. I think the table breaking one just needs 1 finisher.

There's a variation of the ring breaker for the lighter wrestlers though that we have yet to see in a VGCW match.
 
Maxwell really fits in with the Giant bomb crew. He's the right kind of crazy. I fully support his jumping ship to GB once Brad leaves.

So is it confirmed that Brad is leaving? Also, are there conflicts within the GB crew? I really like them and think they have something special going on, I hope interpersonal relations aren't causing some leaks in the hull.
 
Maaan, listening to the Patrick's interview dumptruck. Super weird hearing Patrick talking so formally introducing that thing.

Still amazed at the lack of criticisms for their piss poor storytelling.
It's easy to excuse terrible story and dialogue when the gameplay is still among the best in it's genre, or in video games period. I'll take a game like Starcraft, Vanquish, Bayonetta, or Dark Souls with bad or nonexistent story if the gameplay is top class.

I wouldn't have a problem with it if Blizzard didn't beat you over the head with. That's the sad part, they think their stories are compelling.

The campaign doesn’t help matters, especially if you go in with the sort of open mind that requires forgetting the original game’s campaign, or at least some optimism that Blizzard is going to try to do it less awful this time around. Once again, Blizzard unfurls a set of units in a set of missions that barely relate to the actual game (what does it say about me that I consider the skirmish and multiplayer the “actual game”, but I’m not dedicated enough to make any sort of meaningful judgment about how the new units affect balance?). And once again, the campaign is poorly written, poorly acted, erratically paced, full of pointless upgrades and meaningless choices, crammed full of overproduced cutscenes that fail to relate to the gameplay, and without a shred of creative insight into how to use a real time strategy game to tell a story, much less how to get me to click “next mission” without heaving a tired sigh. For all their incomparable game design smarts, Blizzard remains one of the worst storytellers in the business, partly for how hard they try and mostly for how spectacularly they fail.
 
The GB crew has generally been very transparent. If they are waiting until after PAX to announce Brad's departure, I think that is a pretty terrible thing to do.

I get that people change and situitions change, but they don't have to hide it from us as if we are kids.
