"A chicken in every pot."
It's not comparable though. Sony doesn't want to play second fiddle to the Xbox in online gaming. Including a headset in every console is a good message to send online gamers.
Nice to see Sony learn from Microsoft. This means voice communication should be more common with the PS4. Now to hope the headset is actually a quality one unlike the Xbox 360 headset.
Sony really learning from all of their mistakes it seems. Good shit.
Now the real question is if it will ship with an HDMI cable.
I just hope my PlayStation Pulse 7.1 headset works with it. Would be a shame and a sham if it didn't.
I'm confuse... 360 has a free headset in every console? I don't remember ...
Is that an optical with USB?

"Stop betralying me!!!"
This is negative news to me.

A bluetooth remote needs to ship with it as well. If it's going to be this premiere entertainment hub, it needs a fucking remote that I don't have to buy separately.
"Ha! Remember when sony fanboys hated headset pack-ins, now sony copies it and they love it!"
Where is this post? I know it's coming.
Tell us the bad news Sony. I want to hear about the pay wall, the ridiculous price of Gaikai, and the proprietary everything.
Well, last time I was on Xbox Live, which was admittedly almost 2 years ago (Gears 3 launch), everyone was just in party chat and no one talked in game. I'd get maybe one game in 5 where a single person talked on their mic.
Not sure how it will play out with PS4 though.
Yup. The 360 came with a headset with every console. I don't know if it's still that way now but for the first couple years at least it did.
