I thought after last week, that this weeks episode would be a bit of a damp squid. I thought wrong.
Tywin was a boss, as usual. I look forward to every scene he's in. He executes a verbal smackdown like no other.
I almost thought we'd see Ned brought back to life as a result of Arya's conversation with the brotherhood without banners. This god of light dude is one powerful being, but I guess thats what being a god brings.
Still not liking Ygritte. And I have to admit I kinda reeled back when she got naked, the girl looked malnourished. Loved their conversation after though, Jon's clearly a cunning linguist.
Jamies got guts, withstanding that operation. There's a joke here involving Surgeon Simulator but I can't quite put it together.
Sansa is swimming with sharks, and Littlefinger just went from untrustworthy to flat out dangerous. That girl is gonna get reamed, but it won't be her intended that does that.
The two dead Lannister boys were unfortunate casualties of war. No puns on that one, the whole situation is sad. Westeros is a cruel, hard place. Rob's heart is in the right place but I think he made a mistake killing Karstark. We'll see what happens with Casterly Rock.
Jamie and Brienne's conversation was riveting. There's a far more to Jamie than meets the eye, but he's still an asshole.
Great episode.
