This is a bit old, so sorry if discussed, but I feel like this means something.

Anonymous asked:
Have you spent more time with eve since you got back?

Patrick: Not yet, but talks are happening…

I'm reading this as talks for a "Set phasers to fun" kind of series.

Patrick continuing to save the site

People moan about Patrick but he bloody tries to get content out there.

He has his flaws, we all do, but he is by far the closest to being a "games journalist" out of the office staff. He writes reviews, articles, opinion pieces, and uploads interviews he thinks readers might find interesting.

Meanwhile.....

Eh, people complaining about quick look EXs is the silliest thing ever.

Hey, let's not try to get pre-release footage of games ever!

Sometimes it's just developers doing their preview tour too.

Just add "Drew Scanlon presents:" to the front and you're good.
Petition to rename the site 'Patrick Klepek and the Giant Bomb Four'.
:lol

Petition signed.

harsh.

Ryan has his own show to worry about, you know. Next TANG episode will come out soon, and the last one wasn't that far back (September 2010). These things take some time to prepare properly. He's also bleeding out his fingers trying to get that ACIII review out on time, and that's on top(!) of him mixing the audio levels on a podcast like, every week.

I used to selfishly dislike him because of some minor annoyances. Like really minor quirks. He's become probably my favourite GBer after Vinny. I don't know why it is, but Patrick seems to have an enthusiasm about him that others often lack. I'd put it down to age, but that seems like an over-simplification. He just seem hungrier to be doing stuff and trying new things.

lol, i love the weekend posts.

Anyway, after rewatching the Persona 4 Endurance Run last year, I decided to make this:

Persona Weather for iPhone

I mentioned it a while ago, but if anyone wanted it, here it is. For suggestions or complaints, send a PM or hit me up on the contact portion of the website.

Thanks. It's really neat. Having music, including best running around town song on there (Your Affection), is a great touch.

He is also busy with discussing about the GB expansion to Cards Against Humanity with Max Temkin. That stuff involves hundreds of hours of meetings and paper work.

Huh, dropchord actually looks kinda cool. The fidelity on the that leap thing seems pretty incredible, though the use seems pretty limited.

Awesome. Wish I had an iPhone so I could use it, but i guess for now having Persona 4 on my computer screen will have to do.

A few minutes in and I'm reminded of how much I love Drew's video editing. The Brad goes to South Korea was the same way, so well cut and edited, and great music to boot.

I have to say that the Leap motion controller looks pretty impressive. I have seen videos before on their website but seeing for this extended time helped geting more of a grasp on it.

I was never the biggest Patrick fan, but after watching the latest Spooking, the Iceland stuff and just the amount of content he puts up in general I've really come to appreciate him.

I was hoping for Iceland to be just a wee bit weirder than how it comes across in the video. The local cuisine is somewhat out there but the rest seems entirely similar to a U.S. city like Salt Lake City, for example.

Great editing on the video by the way. Some quality work there.
