Wii U Games 2013

Oh come on. There may be some parts that are not the greatest thing ever, but saying Ac3 is a bad game is a huge exaggeration. There are a bunch of really awesome parts too. YOU GET A PIRATE SHIP AND HAVE OLD TIME NAVAL BATTLES. Those parts were implemented better than every naval game ever.

But naval combat was only a small part of AC3, a lot of the gameplay was really boring and/or bad. It also doesn't help that it suffers from a lot of bugs and glitches.
 
Pretty sure most of the bugs have been patched out now. I've only had one that stood out.

Not sure how the game play can be all the way at "bad" considering it's basically the same as the rest of the series.
 
I want something digital to play most on the gamepad, I am cheap, dont want to pay full price, so considering it is the only one down at 40, is it a good deal? AC3

nvm I think based on you guys I will not get it, will wait.

The game becoming multiplatform (and being delayed to coincide with the PS360 releases) enraged a lot of fans, but here we have a glorious benefit of that; if the game, sans Murphy, CAN be played without the GamePad, it stands to reason that Off-TV will become a part of the finished game. Which may not have happened had the game stayed exclusive.

Sega plans to publish 7 Wii U - SKUs in their next financial year (April 2013 - March 2014).

I don't know if this includes their 2 SKUs from the last year, so it should be a minimum of 5 games.

I think that the Wii U is going to have a great software year, starting from this summer though.

I'll buy: Watch_Dogs, (Mario Kart, 3D Mario), Pikmin, Rayman, Batman, Zelda, Deus Ex (cheap), Wonderful 101 for sure.

Plus those games we don't know yet.
 
I suspect we will get a Nintendo Direct pretty soon at the very least fully unveiling Pikmin 3- it is out in Japan in almost 2 months. Also NSMB Luigi is supposed to be June in Japan as well, so that is another game to blowout.

I'm pretty sure each regional release is counted as an individual SKU. Seven SKUs are probably just three games, one of them Japan only or something like that.

You're probably right, I still couldn't figure out why they listed 2 Wii U - SKUs for the last financial year, because they only published Sonic Racing.

But that could make sense, because it was only released in US/PAL.


Unless they counted "The Cave" as a game.

Knowing Pikmin will be released after E3, Nintendo will probably show the game for quite some time during one of the Directs. This would suck, but I hope they don't spend too much time on it.

Maybe it's a good thing they're not doing a real conference after all, or else they'd show TW101, Pikmin 3, Wii Fit U for 15 minutes and everyone would be bored.

I can see them doing one next week with regards to software we already know about just to get it out of the way. I just hope they deliver for the rest of the year.

mario 3d graphics putting many ps4 games to shame isn't that big of a leap, not every ps4 game will be some mega budget gorgeous epic after all, some people consider the galaxy games pushing on ps360 level, we are at the point where art often beats technicality

Well mario galaxy put some 360/ps3 games to shame. That is the only believeable rumor.

that is correct, graphics aren't only the technical side, on which the PS4 games will be much better than Mario. But the Art style is a huge part in graphics, so Mario will be a looker and will look better than many PS4 games. Just like galaxy games look better than many PS360 games, just not on a technical level
