It's because of the Halo lore. IIRC, the MP takes place aboard the UNSC Infinity in some sort of simulator or something. I'm sure the more hardcore Halo-gaf will correct me.

Since E3 will be 3 weeks after the show, I don't see the point of that. they could keep whole titles till E3, but they should release a lot of info for the ones to be presented.

Yea, I like Xbox Wire, because it really sounds like something old school. I could see the name having been used in the past like PS Underground, but then discontinued. Xbox Wire, sounds "hardcore" to me.
