I should probably invest in a tablet. Using a laptops track pad to paint (well I'm mostly just using it for editing rather than drawing from scratch) isn't the easiest thing in the world.

I've gotten some of those time locked notes. I'd appreciate it if people wouldn't send me those... they're a bit annoying to be honest.

IIRC Nintendo sent letters have blue envelopes too. The only thing that differentiates them is they have a golden frame when you open them up.

On an Animal Crossing forum that I help run, we're running a contest for a New Leaf Storyboard using screenshots. So it's definitely possible.
I dunno. For some reason, the time locked notes really bug me just sitting there. So any of you on my friends list... now's the time to bombard me with time locked notes! Go!
You can only date it up to a week forward/backward.

Well, as others have pointed out, when you use the Game Notes feature on 3DS, a screenshot of the game you're playing appears on the top screen, but you can't save it. It's really weird that you can't, and to be honest I'd wager that it's why the 3DS Miiverse is taking so long.
