People weren't kidding about pushing limits. That's just irrumatio, except with a popsicle that somehow squirts.
Totsuka is pretty likable. And the popular guy isn't that bad. The show could work if they just cut back on Hiki's monologues.
I just discovered this and now I finally get to indulge in the portion of my incurable avatar-itis that I can't on GAF.

I'd rather noitaminA air reruns that no one here pays attention to than stuff like Guilty Crown and Psychopass.
It's unfortunate that the timeslot has degenerated like this, but it seems like Fuji TV has been conflicted for years between its original goal of appealing to audiences who don't normally watch anime and trying to make money from the people who actually pay for anime.

Yeah, at least with reruns, no further damage can really be done. It's all stuff that's already been aired before.
I think it's sad that noitaminA has fallen away from putting out the types of shows they did in the past, but a lot of that damage has already been done, and reruns are going to hurt the block less than airing another Guilty Crown or Black Rock Shooter would.
The only part that I find cruel is that they teased us last Spring and Summer by making it look like noitaminA was back with a vengeance, and then we got Robotics;Notes, Psycho Pass and a bunch of reruns.

I still think MAL is way easier to navigate, weabooing of titles or not. I'll be sticking with both since HB is still in beta.

The Tatami Galaxy Episode 1 Tennis Circle Cupid
When is the BD or dub release. Episode 1 was quite good. Although they talk kind of fast and I have to replay scenes over and over and the art is pretty atrocious to look at at times (poor Ozu, but hes kind of charming in an odd kind of way), it was still really enjoyable, funny, and much better than I was expecting. Akeshi and her laser eyes and personality was kind of memorable and the best part was the numerous Ozu/MC scenes. I hope it doesnt become only romance or something later on as more of these scenes need to happen, such an odd friendship rivalry or something.

After looking around a bit, Hummingbird still feels too rough around the edges to use as a main anime library right now, but I guess it has promise for people who like what it's offering. Call me again when it's out of beta.

Also, this question may have been drowned out at the end of the last page: I know that Japanese TV works differently from, say, American TV, but when an anime gets a rerun, what kinds of timeslots do they use? Stuff that would otherwise be airing new series, or something else?

Nah we are all obsessed with japanese pop culture in this thread. Its morel ike people who believe seriously that it is far superior to everything else and want to be japanese in every way possible even if they dont have any japanese relation.

It should be a 5-smiley rating system.
It would be awesome if the faces changed according to the number. One out of five has an angry face as to say "Shit fucking sucks."

Well, I accidentally heard the dub while watching Utena, and I realized that Mickey (or is it Miki) is truly a man...and if he spoke English, everyone's ears would shatter into a million pieces.
It was also a little creepy how Touga was randomly showing off his chest to everyone. Who does that besides weird old men who believe people want to see their nasty-ass chest hairs?
Glad a new duel song appeared. I'll handle the darkness song as long we continue to acquire new songs. The animators really enjoy spending 45 seconds of the show playing that darkness song and showing Utena walking up some stairs.
