After you pay off your first house loan. Tortimer will greet you at the dock, the day after that, you'll be able to start going to the island and breaking the economy.

How would we go about doing this? She just named her character and became mayor of the town. Is she able to use 'move in' to move her character to her cart on Friday and have everything go with it?
