I thought it was a really solid update. I'd recommend it.
Every time something has been 91% off it's been a mistake. Even the deepest discounts stop at 80%.

games tend to go down to a certain price and not get cheaper than that. Usually when it's $5 or $2.5
summer sales are ussually better for getting deals in newer games that werent available last year.
If it was 90%, it might not be a mistake. But 91% is a really weird number.
Advanced search in steam will let you filter by that

I don't think it was being sold by itself with a discount anywhere else. Greenmangaming had BL2 and season pass for $13.50 together though.

On my client the discount isn't as steep. But i do see it adding ?cc=us browsing the site. There shouldn't be any issues with buying it through the website like that, right?
