Some new info on Lightning Returns:FFXIII from Tokyo event

No reason to justify. They decided to change the breast size. Cool. It amuses me that this is only an issue when it comes up with Lightning yet this been common in video games for awhile now. Doesn't make it wrong or right but it's common. But it's a minor enough change to not need a reason.

When a person's physical appearance or their anatomy has changed it should be explained. If developers are doing something stupid and dumb they should be criticized. And I think this is something minor.
 
Pocahontas' breast size varied all through the movie with about two cupsizes difference because they couldn't agree on what it should be, true story.
Of course they didn't go on to release four sequels hoping to pander to geeks that wanted to have her as a waifu.

Explained in game or stated by developer? I still see no reason to explain at all but if its the latter it would be alright I guess. I agree that if developers are doing something stupid and dumb they should be called out for it asap, but exactly how is changing breast sizes "stupid and dumb"?

Well, all I can hope is that this will finally end the Lightning saga as this character is getting way to exposure considering extremely mixed response.

Also what are the odds that Toriyama will shoehorn her as super secret boss in Final Fantasy XV against Nomura's will?

You know I was never going to play this game but Toriyama's antics are leaving me highly entertained. I'm glad this game is being made. Sorry FF fans.

He isn't even close. Not one of his costumes for Lightning are as creepy and perverted as many other games out there. He increased her breast size, big deal. That sort of thing happens in many games over several iterations.

Toriyama being a fucking creep is still hilarious to me though. After The 3rd Birthday I just wish he'd stop writing stories for games. I'm sure he's a perfectly good person in real life, it's just... funny at this point.
 
I just don't get it, does Toriyama really has that much of position in SE to force his waifu onto everyone?

The only thing that makes me sane is that I tell myself LR FFXIII is made from garbage scrapped when Versus XIII was on the PS3.

Open world seems to actually be more like 'one open area' lol.
 
I feel sorry for Lightning. She was never a great FF character but she definitely deserved more than... this.

As much as I am anticipating this game, I constantly am afraid that this game will be the Time and Eternity of the FF franchise.

Don't use Auto-battle. Seriously.

No one will believe me, but turning off auto-battle in both XIII and XIII-2 makes the combat in both games so much better, and actually engaging. "Abilities" should have always been the default option.

It's just like the gambits in FFXII: at no point are you ever required to use them. They're simply there for the players that want to automate various things.

Oh God, now I know what that means and I can hear it in my head.

I can't stand that game, just because every time I try to play it more, I legitimately feel ill afterwards.
