Some pretty great games in there. If anyone's looking for a hidden gem, I'd definitely recommend Inversion.
 
That BB sale is insane. picked up DmC and Shadows of the Damned. Thanks. Now still waiting for Gears of War Judgment to hit £10.

Note: everybody should pick Vanquish. It's a crime at £2.97
 
So any reason why Deadpool is not nearly available anywhere for the Xbox 360? A shame because I expected it to drop to bomba prices pretty fast. Oh man. That Transformer War FOr Cybertron sequel never dropped his price either. Damn you activision.

I bought four DS/3DS Games from blockbuster last month and they all arrived unsealed and dirty/shop soiled :( They were each sent from a different blockbuster store and appeared to be hand posted at the post office (Unusual for a store to do this)

Blockbuster claimed they were all new, but I wasn't happy with them and ended up returning them all for a refund.

Hope everyone here has better luck than me, but I now understand why flubit wont even accept their website links.

Yeah, unfortunately it appears so. To be honest I didn't know till now, but I just checked and they won't ship consoles outside of Italy.

Amazon has become much stricter than before all across Europe :( I wanted to buy some PC components from the UK but even if I was willing to paid shipping fees they wouldn't let me anyway, they stopped shipping many categories of items over here. Sigh.

Thanks. I wanted DMC but I'll leave it and go with my flubit offer of £15.
 
Anyone shopping from blockbuster, be wary. Half the time, you will receive a used item, based on previous experience. If you need it guaranteed to be new, or really don't want to deal with the returns process, I wouldn't bother. I did get puzzle bobble for the 3ds at £5, surprised it's not been mentioned. Rhythm Thief came to me new, so lets hope this 3ds game does too.

Sorely undershipped by the looks of it. Acti seemingly didn't expect it to sell very much/well, so didn't ship that many and it appears there haven't been any shipments since the first allocation either.

It's going to be like gold dust soon enough, so glad I got my copy at launch. If you're really after the game, it's on the 360 marketplace. £39.99, which isn't half bad considering it's currently going for £38 used.

They simply don't ship sealed games. It's often games from their stores and it's quality is very hit and miss. I've been pretty lucky so far in that none of the games I've received have been anything other than very good/near mint quality, but I've read horror stories like the one posted here where people receive the wrong game, cracked discs, scratched to hell discs, etc.
 
Ah poo- really worried about that order from BB now.

If they aren't sealed hopefully they're still in good condition. Will post the quality once I get them,

Yeah, be careful with Blockbuster. My order arrived today and Pandora's Tower has chunks of the box literally missing, as well as a crack on the side with a huge tear right down the spine of the cover. So much for new.

So glad I held off on buying anything from there. I'll rather buy used on Ebay (where I can see a picture of the box) than risk buying used from BB.

The price was/is for an item sold directly by Amazon. This one is just fullfilled by Amazon instead.

You see a (very) different price because the 27.50 one is currently available in 7-11 days. Just have a look at the column on the right, you should be able to see it.

I don't understand why a delay of 7 days means they can sell it so much cheaper though.

Maybe that's a way of negotiating? They don't have anything in stock, go to their supplier and say: "Look, we put it at £27.50 and after 2 days (just an example here) we already have 100 people who ordered. So how about you sell us the box for £10 instead of the regular £25?" If the seller agrees, and probably Amazon has a lot of leverage, being such a big company, they can still make a considerable profit off that lower price.
 
Part of my BB order arrived today.

DMC is, as previously listed, new. Seal wrapped with the original Playstation strip.
Vanquish, isnt. Packaging is good, but there are thumb prints on the disc.

Hoping Pandora's Tower is okay though- thats the important one...

I imagine it will be the case that if the game was a recent AAA release, then BB will send you a new copy, given that it's reasonable for them to have large surplus stocks. Several year old jrpg though? Much more unlikely. That's why I held off on Dragon Quest.

Bought it during Steam sales and I'm having a blast. It's not particularly good, storytelling not that great and combat nothing revolutionary but it has that indie-notAAAbudget feeling that I would recommend everyone play it.

When it gets <9.99 of course (kidding, game has its charms).
