After screwing around with GTAIV and ENB and textures for hours, I finally got a combination I've always wanted. Looks really natural and realistic.

Much better than the pics that I've posted. Looks incredible in motion and my 780 cranks this out without any issues.

Could you record a video? I'd love to see it in motion.

Nah bottom two are definitely different. Open them in separate tabs then tab back and forth. Ones much more bumpy

Ah I can't remember where I got it from but its called hitabso_Trainer_s0beit_2.0
There is a cvar.list that comes with it and in you search you can find the one for the hud remove
