In your eyes, no. To others, yes. To myself, yes. To other others, no. It's subjective.
Is not as subjective as people wanted it to be. Just tell me what are the strong points of the game?
Take in consideration the game is following Ocarina and Majora, that save for reduced dungeon count it moved forward almost all aspects of that game. I don't have the energy to write somethig long and cover all my bases but here are some things (+/-) the game is doing:
+Well crafted art style and animations.
+More varied combat and enemy behaviour.
+Some people dig the plot (plot in a Zelda game XD )
-Sparse overworld that kills any interesting exploration.
-Step back in NPC interaction (to be fair all 3D Z games after Majora are guilty of these)
-Weak dungeons when contrasted with the rest of 3D Zelda games.
-Lame puzles.
-Low difficulty bar and poor difficulty curve.
-Uninteresting item save for the Deku leaf,
Don't even care about the quantity of positive/negative just look at what are the key elements of a Zelda game and judge for yourself.
But lenme guess, you
can't analise objectivly charm and soul. So its the BEST EVA! is an absolute worthwhile opinion. XD
Wait you played the final version...I want pics of your copy.
Holy shit! Does he needs to play the final version to make that observation? Really? Make your mind guys, so Nintendo did finally add that content that got slashed due to time constrains? Because people expecting that (due to price) are classified as elegible to fly over the coocko's nest.
