I requested it to be delivered to my neighbours at number 3 but when I got home I was welcomed to a 'sorry we missed you' note scribbled with the words "no reply at no 3". Dammit.

Nothing in downloads except the system update that is finished. Its a disc based game. I can just hear it spinning after i close the app. Oh now has stopped. I guess it has finished installing?

Yes, it's slot loading, just like PS3.

I love the fact I can't sign into the PSN and makes me redo my details EVERY fucking time. Which wouldn't be a problem if my password wasn't a unique string that takes me 30 seconds to enter.

yes but it never showed how to fix it or what the inside the port looks like when bent. It just shows what it looks like from the outside which is what I can see irl just now.

Alright, it's finally here, phew! Impressions before turning it on for the first time

- The Amazon box was filthy, it seems the Chronopost guys used it as a table for their lunch. Grease stains and everything. Gross. Chronopost is the worst.
- Gamer pack from Amazon.fr, made in China (still not sure why this is important)
- I don't know how to manage the Wii U sensor bar + tXBO Kinect + PS4 cam + the sensor for the 3D TV. I need to look into it.
- This is one gorgeous piece of hardware. Wow.

Glad you got your console, I got mine too.
Made in China too but it was not a bundle.

The pictures of the console really don't do the design justice. In shots it looks very cheap but in real the ps4 is really nice. It put my 60go ps3 to shame.


The only complaints I have so far are the psn shutdown (I want my free games and patch) and the led reflection on my TV.

The ps4 is really quiet, it is more quiet than my TV so I really don't notice it, good job Sony.

It was an accident lol. I pre-ordered but was hesitant, and then it unexpectedly shipped the same day as current gen. I'm trading it in anyway. I won the game on 360 from a IGN competition and I'm not very impressed.

Exactly what happened to me. Did you get it from your neighbour? Mine is gone. Tried my neighbours but either a) he lied he left it at all or b) he did and one of my neighbours has nicked it and won't tell me!

How can i see if a game has finished installing? Started ac4 i can hear the disc spinning even after i close the app. There no way it installed 21gb in5 minutes. Where can i see the status? In system storage only says 21gb for ac4? Please help! Thanks
