Just bought a Wii U. Surprisingly, there were no shortages.

My older brother just got a PS4, but he was still blown away by how much fun we were having with my Wii U during thanksgiving. He hasn't stopped talking about it so I just went out and got him one for Christmas :)

The guy at target said they sold a bunch of them during black friday.

Mario World envy is a real thing. My nephew did a 180 on his Xmas wishlist after playing it last week. Out goes the PS4, in comes the Wii U, which his mother is happy about because it's cheaper and easier to find.

You are a awesome brother. My Brother bought me the Zelda bundle when it was announced. Makes the system even better knowing he thought of me and got it for me.

Glad to hear they seemed to do good on Friday.

Midnight EST, so.. in like another 6 hours or so. But again, I have noticed not every deal they advertised a while back shows up at exactly midnight. I just hope the Wii-U is one that DOES show up there.

I've got a brother and he's quite successful and has a fair few quid but he's as tight as a gnat's chuff lol.

Better yet, just switch views on the gamepad as soon as you log in so the Mii Plaza is on the gamepad and the list of games is on the TV.

The Zelda 3DS is damn sexy, but I really wanted a physical copy of the game.
 
Anyone know what time the Pikmin 3 DLC is out tomorrow? Curious to know how they'll be pricing it in the UK, I don't like supporting DLC but have been enjoying Mission Mode recently so am increasingly won over by the idea if the price is reasonable.

After a bit of Google-Fu, it turns out that eBay uses Pacific time... which means it's even longer of a wait until they update their Daily Deals. DX
 
I'm just too fuckin' lazy to post a new thread, so I post my question regarding Wii U here: Can I play Pandora's Tower with GamePad? I don't have Wiimote Plus or the money to buy it, but I planned to buy Pandora's Tower so I need to know about this.

Can you be a bit more clear? you can play it on the gamepad but you cant use the gamepad to play it, you can use wiimote and nunchuck(this game doesnt require plus) or the classic controller.

Is it recommended to get a screen protector for the gamepad? I have one for most of my electronics like PSP/3DS/etc, but do you need one for the gamepad?

I got one because I often have friends over for drinks and Wii U gaming. It's just a matter of time before they scratch/spill something by accident so better protect what little I can lol. It also makes me nervous having the screen without any protection.
 
I was so afraid it would be the Nintendo Land, Zelda: WW, or Skylanders bundles, but it was the exact one I wanted. :) Pretty happy about that. I would have bought the Nintendo Land or Zelda one in any case for $250, but I really wanted the Mario/Luigi U one since I already bought a copy of Wind Waker HD.

Seriously. I would've been okay with the other bundles, but I'd hate to have to double dip on Wind Waker since I really want a disc copy. Plus, Mario will be tons of fun with my little sisters.

Yeah, if it ended up being the Wind Waker bundle, I already told myself I was gonna just sell the digital code on Ebay or something. Good thing I don't have to fool with that mess, lol. Plus, I wanted Mario / Luigi U anyways for myself (and I'm sure it's a fun multiplayer game with friends, too).

It says 4-7 days, I think. On my order page, it says mine is supposed to be here on/by Thursday, though. That's really fast shipping for a package that size (considering it was free shipping, I mean).

Yeah, many sellers on eBay are quick with their shipments. Haven't been disappointed with the shipping at all.
 
Just checked gmail and yeah I too got the estimated Thursday as the day of arrival.

Yeah that's fast considering it won't even go out till Tomorrow sometime as I doubt it's gonna be processed tonight. I mean it was free shipping and all.

In 2025 there is still just as many active PS4's than there are Xbox Series consoles in homes. PS4 will be 12 years old in November.
