We're seeing gsmes getting multiple endings now I think that's genius, you see Mass Effect 3 basically rewrite itself with an alternate ending.

I'm always surprised when an achievement pops and you see the percentage of people that have it, some of them for basic things are just so low in terms of unlocks e.g. finish a game on a hard difficulty.
