no but it can really add (or in this case take away) from watching the game. id rather not have any commentary than boring/bad ones
We got stuck with those numbers after early in the season when our offense was completely piss-poor and D'antoni was having everyone fling up threes like crazy. That was before Lin, Novak, JR, Baron, etc were all in the lineup.
I'm sure our numbers since Linsanity time are better. Might not be a whole lot better, but I'm pretty sure it isn't that bad.

Nonsense, he's a fan announcing the game.
He has a lot of charisma and he knows the game, sure as hell better than he played it.
He's not announcing it for the mass audience, he's rooting for the Bulls though he does know players and gives the other team credit.
I guess he's someone you hate if you're the other team's fans but as a Bulls fan, I enjoy his announcing even if he gets carried away at times.
I don't believe in complete objectivity when it comes to any home team's announcers, it's unnatural and boring to me.
