Sorry bro, you're walking into a shark tank.

That place is gonna be unbelievable. Tempted to drop the $150 or so it would take to get me in.

You know full well that the Spurs could just as easily go back to God Mode and win the next two.

Yal better bring cowbells, voodoo dolls, and Konex Chi blockers. You're gonna need it.

What people don't realize is that this Spurs team isn't that good. Hasn't been good since Duncan stopped being dominant. They have two very good players in Tony and Manu. One good player in Timmy who is great sometimes and below par others. And a bunch of specialist role players.

The only reason this team is so damn good is because of Pop's coaching. But individually, this team isn't comprised of great players. It's the schemes that make this team what they are. Pop gets all the credit
I still think the Spurs are that good and they would have no problem against whoever comes out of the East, but right now they're facing a younger, much more athletic and extremely talented team led by a freak of nature called Kevin Durant. Their physical superiority has been the difference in them getting any shot they want and in disrupting the Spurs offense with their length and quickness. In essence, I think you are selling short what the Thunder are doing.

Shark tank?

Just a bunch of drunk idiots who dont know shit about basketball

The basketball gods wont give clay bennett a championship. Not now not ever. We have justice on our side

Thunder are playing great right now, but I wouldn't count the Spurs out yet. Obviously OKC will get more calls in the next game, but it feels like OKC is too hot right now to be sustainable.

I picked the Thunder to win this series before it started. My main reason was that the Thunder are bigger, stronger, faster than the Spurs and can defend their 3 pt shot.

That's entirely consistent with everything you just said. I also said the OKC big 3 is better than the Spurs big 3.

I honestly don't care who wins.

I'd like to see the Thunder get in there but if the 5pur5 won the series, I wouldn't be mad/shocked.

I just like laughing @ Crimson for his ridiculous predictions.

Well then, we can agree on that. :p

Chuck is always picking teams to close out.

Yeah, he has backpedaled. Said the Spurs were the deeper team before the series, now the reverse is true? At least the other TNT crew are sticking with the spurs.

Hope they eat crow Wednesday.

If Spurs can take the next game, I believe they'll win this. With the way the Thunder has been shooting though and Parker disappearing, it'll be hard.

Wait, so this Spurs team isn't one of the greatest of all time? But they swept the Jazz and the Clippers? I'm stunned right now. Stunned son.

Harden is obviously going to get the max, so are the Thunder going to pay Ibaka too? Because that would put them in luxury tax hell for several years. I'd have to think that Ibaka walks after next year.

The only way to re-sign both is to convince them each to take between $10-12 million.

The odds of that have to go up if they win a chip this year.

I don't think either of those guys is that stupid.
Let's see... $10-12 million and possibly 5+ chips, or $14-16 million and very little chance of another chip? Not to mention that James and Serge have grown up playing next to YNB and Durant. They're tight.

Gun to my head, I pick Harden.

But I have to believe Presti will find a way to keep both.

Jax and kawhi are the only ones I trust. Maybe boris

We need tim to play 40+ in game 6. We look like ass without him. All of our backup bigs are wilting
I had some hope that Blair would beast when he was subbed in, but then he quickly reminded me that he is a worst defender than Bonner. As for Splitter, he was traumatized by the hack-a-splitta.

FThunder aren't winning 5+ chips, lol. And you think Harden will say "sure, I'll take a paycut" while looking a YNB making the max? No way.

Splitter played kind of decent. I've been really disappointed in Parker and Green though. I always knew Bonner was going to fade away in the playoffs.

You really want to bet against an OKC dynasty if they win one this year?

I'm just saying I've learned not to underestimate Presti and the ownership. Bennett has said they'll pay the tax if they have to.
