Those Riddick shots are good, but a bit washed out. Should lower the Brightness.

It's the engine, there is some ever present bloom that gives it that washed out look, I played around with the gamma but couldn't get it looking quite right.

How are you playing this game? the store page on steam just redirects to the atari site, which redirects to a 404 page...

I bought it off of steam a long time ago, but you can still get it off of GOG which has the added benefit of not having that shit TAGES DRM that the steam version has.

Sigh at the Bioshock Infinite shots. Hopefully before the game is out a month Irrational will get off their asses and finally release a patch to fix the stuttering issues effecting 99% of the pc population.

Is it that simple? The fact that people on such different hardware are being effected, makes it seem like they've got a lot of detective work to do, and do they get paid to spend resources on such a task? I myself have stuttering with BF3 every other week, so I feel your pain, but I don't expect it to be something that's an easy fix.

I work in IT and normally I am all about giving the benefit of the doubt to the developers. That being said Irrational has publicly said they didn't see the issue before release. My response to that is either they are lying or have the worst testing department ever. Literally I haven't actually ever seen a PC version that doesn't have that stuttering in place irregardless of the hardware being ultilized to run the game.

All signs point to this being an issue with the engine, not with the hardware its running on. The reason the console versions don't see it is they are capped at 30 FPS, and when the stuttering happens its not nearly as easy to notice.

So yes I expect them to be able to fix the issue now the game has been out for weeks. As for the question of do they get paid to spend resources on such a task? Yes they got our money at launch. If they do not want to keep that money and offer refunds then just say it.

How easy is it to mod Fallout 3?

I've been wanting to play through it again on PC; I wonder if my card can handle texture mods.
